Networking Tip of The Week – Making Contacts

When attending a networking function don’t EXPECT to get business, but to make contacts. You will have a far greater success rate with that frame of mind. A “take, take, take” approach that is obviously intended to drain your contact of all of their referral sources and resources, will be met with opposition. Instead try to connect others and build relationships!
